Every year the school reviews how it is doing and identifies some areas for development over the next academic year.  For 2022-23, these are

• To formulate a simplified curriculum termly intent to show milestones for ease of parents/carers and to aid assessments by staff.
• To provide and resource opportunities for subject leaders to further develop their role in driving curriculum developments forward.
• To ensure staff have access to high-quality, sustained professional supervision and development opportunities that support individual needs whilst driving school improvement forward.
